Mr. Manoharan and I met Mrs. Lingeshwarri in Kajang, where she warmly invited us to join her and her family for dinner. Her children were also present, making the meeting particularly meaningful, as they had previously participated in the Bionity 1.0 programme at Kajang Tamil School.

Mrs. Lingeshwarri played an important role in the implementation of the Bionity programme at the school. She coordinated and facilitated "six Bionity projects" and actively worked to encourage and motivate both parents and children through the WhatsApp group. Her commitment demonstrated the importance of having a motivated community leader who genuinely believes in the purpose of a programme.

Through her involvement, Mrs. Lingeshwarri proved herself to be a committed parent leader who was willing to take responsibility and support the successful implementation of the Bionity activities despite her family and other responsibilities. Her dedication and leadership made JOBA recognise her potential as a valuable asset to "JOBA Malaysia".

During the discussion, Mr. Manoharan explained the new "THINAI programme" and the opportunities available through the "Sustainability Master Trainer (SMT)" pathway. Under this initiative, suitable trainers will have opportunities to develop their own courses, upload them to the THINAI online learning platform, which is planned for launch in the coming year, and conduct courses as trainers.

We also discussed the possibility of becoming a "THINAI Volunteer for Community Engagement", where committed individuals can coordinate, motivate and support people and communities in taking meaningful action towards positive and sustainable change.

Mrs. Lingeshwarri warmly welcomed these ideas and expressed her strong interest in becoming actively involved in the THINAI initiative. She confirmed her willingness to be part of the wider THINAI journey.

Based on her previous experience and demonstrated leadership, I believe Mrs. Lingeshwarri has the potential to become an excellent "Sustainability Master Trainer and THINAI Community Volunteer". As a parent leader, she has already demonstrated her ability to coordinate people, motivate participants and help translate a meaningful cause into practical action.

Her strength lies not simply in organisational ability, but in the fact that she genuinely believes in the purpose and values behind the programme. This commitment can help her become a strong model for other parents, community leaders and future THINAI trainers.

Mrs. Lingeshwari's journey from a parent coordinator in Bionity 1.0 to a potential Sustainability Master Trainer and Community Volunteer could become a meaningful example of how THINAI develops ordinary community members into confident leaders for sustainable change.
